go to your DOS command line, and do svrmgrl > connect internal, after do this: select * from v$instance;
which will give you your machine name and the oracle SID. Go back to your sqlplus and try the following:
username system
Password manager
string> whatever it shows on your SID from svrmgrl
the default users for oracle are:
system/manager
scott/tiger
sys/change_on_install
String is whatever you called the database
