Hi people,
I have some troubles about the DBMS_SQL procedure DEFINE_COLUMN. That is, I have this code:
val_cursor := DBMS_SQL.OPEN_CURSOR;
DBMS_SQL.PARSE(val_cursor,str,DBMS_SQL.NATIVE);
DBMS_SQL.DEFINE_COLUMN(val_cursor,1,temp);
DBMS_SQL.DEFINE_COLUMN(val_cursor,2,temp2);
row_exec:= DBMS_SQL.EXECUTE(val_cursor);
But when I create the procedure I've this message:
TOO MANY DECLARATIONS OF DEFINE_COLUMN.
Can anybody helps me?
Regards Gianni

DBMS_SQL.DEFINE_COLUMN(val_cursor,1,temp,30);
when I gave the size of temp as 30 in the call to DBMS_SQL.DEFINE_COLUMN, the procedure got compiled properly.
